About Kelly

Hi! I’m Kelly Callender, your dedicated Realtor specializing in serving home buyers and sellers throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.

Colorado Springs has been home for most of my life, and I’ve always loved this community. Having worked for several local businesses and as a proud Rampart High School alumna, I’ve had the opportunity to watch this city grow and change while still appreciating the neighborhoods, businesses, people,
and lifestyle that make it such a special place to call home.

Before joining EXIT Realty Pikes Peak, I worked as a corporate litigation and national civil rights paralegal. That experience helped me develop valuable skills in research, organization, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and navigating complex situations — skills that translate exceptionally well into real estate.

Outside of real estate, I’m a dog lover, beer enthusiast, and Colorado Springs explorer. I especially enjoy discovering the many dog-friendly places around town and finding new spots where I can enjoy time with friends, family, and my four-legged companions. I love supporting local businesses and experiencing the unique personality of Colorado Springs — whether that means checking out a local brewery, exploring a new neighborhood, attending a community event, or simply enjoying everything our beautiful city has to offer. These experiences have given me an even greater appreciation for the people and small businesses that make our community such a great place to call home.

And yes, if there’s a dog-friendly patio involved, there’s a pretty good chance I’m interested!
