If you’re looking for an honest, patient, caring and just flat out amazing realtor, Larisa is the perfect one for you. This market is challenging and we were a somewhat challenging case. Our budget wasn’t as ideal for this market as a buyer, and the specs we wanted for a house wasn’t idea for our budget. However, Larisa would not let us settle and told us “ when you know, you know”. I was getting discouraged because again, putting in offers and getting outbid is discouraging. But, none of those houses was our one. We saw this one hit the market and Larisa immediately told me she wanted to see it with me . We made an offer that evening and a month later we were homeowners and moved in right before the new year. Larisa made buying and selling quick and easy! I didn't live in the home I wanted but I knew I was ready to sell and find the home that had everything I've been looking for. The thought of selling my home and being in the position of buying scared me with the sellers market here in Colorado Springs. I had been there before and I feel like I settled on my first home because I couldn't compete. Using the VA loan and buying with a contingency seemed like it was going to be even harder.
