Powers
The Powers area is a growing community on the East side of the city. It runs along the central Powers/Route 21 corridor and is quickly becoming one of the most popular areas to buy a home in Colorado Springs. It includes neighborhoods like Stetson Hills, Springs Ranch and Ridgeview. One of the best features of the Powers area is the First & Main shopping and dinning center. The brand-new plaza features over 20 retail shops and almost 30 restaurants and bars.
The West Side
Old Colorado City, Garden of The Gods and Kissing Camels make up The West Side neighborhoods of Colorado Springs. With ample outdoor space and gorgeous natural sites people flock to this part of the city to take in the breathtaking scenery. Old Colorado City provides a charming downtown area with great shopping and restaurants. Lovely bungalow and ranch style homes fill the neighborhoods behind Colorado Avenue. Kissing Camels features custom homes built on the western hillside with gorgeous views of Pikes Peak, Garden of The Gods and the Kissing Camels Golf Course.
The Old North End & Downtown
Character abounds in this unique neighborhood of Colorado Springs. The Downtown Springs area is home to nationally renowned restaurants, boutique shopping, farmer’s markets and year-round entertainment. Nestled in the central part of the neighborhood is the sprawling Colorado College campus, a lovely asset to the community. Walk a few blocks north of Acacia Park and the tree lined streets widen, framing the picturesque neighborhood of The Historic Old North End. The Victorian homes here were built in the 19th century by wealthy Coloradans and profits from the Cripple Creek Gold Strike.
The Broadmoor & Cheyenne Mountain
Located in the Southern part of Colorado Springs, at the base of Cheyenne Mountain is the Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain neighborhoods. With stunning views and a huge amount of open space areas and parks, this neighborhood is one of the most coveted communities in The Springs. Boasting the magnificent Broadmoor Hotel and Golf Course and the Cheyenne Mountain Country Club, this neighborhood offers it all.
Briargate
Encompassing more than 9,600 acres in North-Central Colorado Springs, Briargate is quickly establishing itself as one of the most popular residential areas in the community. Families in The Springs are drawn to Briargate due to its fantastic schools and safe, small town neighborhood feeling. Close to shopping and with the highly rated D20 school district, Briargate is one of the most sought after areas in Colorado Springs.

Larisa made buying and selling quick and easy! I didn't live in the home I wanted but I knew I was ready to sell and find the home that had everything I've been looking for. The thought of selling my home and being in the position of buying scared me with the sellers market here in Colorado Springs. I had been there before and I feel like I settled on my first home because I couldn't compete. Using the VA loan and buying with a contingency seemed like it was going to be even harder. But it was quite the contrary! I told Larisa exactly what I was looking for which was very specific and the first home we viewed was right on the money. Not only did she find me exactly what I was looking for but she also got my offer accepted with a contingency. One condition was I had to be under contract on my home within 6 days. If you’re looking for an honest, patient, caring and just flat out amazing realtor, Larisa is the perfect one for you. This market is challenging and we were a somewhat challenging case. Our budget wasn’t as ideal for this market as a buyer, and the specs we wanted for a house wasn’t idea for our budget. However, Larisa would not let us settle and told us “ when you know, you know”. I was getting discouraged because again, putting in offers and getting outbid is discouraging. But, none of those houses was our one. We saw this one hit the market and Larisa immediately told me she wanted to see it with me . We made an offer that evening and a month later we were homeowners and moved in right before the new year.
