2018 Great American Cleanup Event
To start off, here are the details for the upcoming cleanup event. On Saturday, April 21st, two areas on the South-East side of Colorado Springs have been designated by the Cherokee Metropolitan District to be cleaned up. The first area is in the Claremont Ranch Subdivision - behind the King Soopers Market Place. The second area is Cherokee Eastridge Park - a dog park on Constitution between Peterson Rd. and Shawnee Dr.. The poster below has all the details and where to meet and what to bring. Both of these areas highly used, but need some TLC from its users and neighbors as both areas don't have an HOA to maintain them. Visit this events facebook page here.
