This scenic drive through Cottonwood Pass can be found along the Continental Divide, the summit being at over 12,000 feet. There are severeal fourteeners to be seen enroute including Huron Peak and Mount Yale, as well as 2 National Forests that can been spotted from both the East and West. Needless to say as you drive up this pass you will also be blessed with flawless forest scenery. Once reaching the summit you have a full 360 degree view of breathtaking mountain views! Make sure to plan time for a stop in one of Buena VIstas delicous restaurants before or after your trip! Be sure to make a trip up there before the winter months hit, and always make sure to check that the road is open!
