Compared to San Francisco CA, Colorado is fairly inexpensive as far as cost of living goes.  According to the National Association of Realtors, on average it will cost you $4,210.60 per month to live in San Francisco compared to $1719.15 in Colorado Springs.

Our challenge continues to be rising housing costs that out pace wage increases.  However, with lower interest rates and the median prices for new homes coming down our housing market here should remain strong.  With that being said, it is still a great time to get into the real estate market in Colorado Springs, CO #coloradosprings.  Choosing the right Realtor will help you get the most out of your home sale, and help you negotiate the best price for the home you buy #dougdodsonrealestate.
