Is the Market Cooling off?

Is the market showing the first signs on cooling off? The answer is... somewhat. What we are seeing is that prices can't continue to increase at the rate they have been. Sellers continue to push the envelope on their asking prices and as they do, some of these really high priced listings are just sitting on the market with very little showings and no offers whereas the ones that are priced within the range of the comps are selling within hours.
